Replaced the number plates as the old ones where looking tatty and the screws had rusted.
Ordered them from an ebay seller, totally legit and cost £11. VW wanted £35 for a pair.

Just found one of my forum numberplate surrounds  :wink: so thats ready to go on the back of the mk3 best order some forum stickers now

Hotgolf lightened/balanced flywheel arrived today.  Next full gearbox rebuild to a 3.94 final drive also by

Went to look at it,bought it and drove back in it,fitted a black rear vw badge,grille badge and rear gti badge then drew up my list of jobs etc not to bad a list  :lipsrsealed:

Fitted some new aero type wipers, an then scraped the underneath ripping of the underseal and waxoil I had on. Going to spray some more on it tomorow to patch it up  :angry:

Gave all of the plastic trim some attention with tire gel, now it's shining and black again.   :drool:
