Sorry about the epic collage, but my computer skills (resizing) resemble that of a 80 year old woman and that's being harsh on grannies!

Well I polished the old girl today the old fashioned way, with a tub of sh!tty old turtlewax and a couple of old tee shirts  I'm pretty pleased with the results, despite it taking over 3 hours. And I apologise for the quality of the photos, such is the utter sh!tness of my 4 year old phone!

(Don't you just love Anusol...sorry I mean Autosol!)

Started passenger door LED for proper this evening.  Had already fitted the LED door pin surround and prepared the wiring loom off the car.  Stripped down the passenger door, fitted the wiring and fed it through into the footwell.
Just got to feed it behind the dash and up into the driver's door.  Couple of wiring splices and it'll be complete.  Sorted

I looked at the broken boot lock on my gti, in the process broke the latch mechanism, and then fixed it . . . So pretty much nothing overall!
