checked the fuses on them, started on new induction piping but didn't get very far! bloody weather

Fitted my shocks and springs to the rear what a ball ache. Tried to do the front yesterday but only managed to get one on as rounded one of the nuts on the shocks so going to have to buy an impact socket and see if that works. Failing that its either blow torch or grinder neither of which I have.

get a socket, a long bar and a hammer?

Spent four and a half hours yesterday afternoon changing the dash for the flocked version I bought off Golf786 on here. Managed to get it all done but as I was putting the last bolt in the rain started. So today I gave it a hoover over and ironed it to get the slight bubbles out (from storage/transport). Then cleaned inside and out and took it for a spin. Happy days and now sitting in the garden smelling the Sunday Lunch cooking.

Even inside the dials beneath the lil knobs

I finshed a wooden roof rack and fitted some new-to-me Vw roof bars, for a road trip this weekend
