Fitted a radiator and now it wont start

this happened to mine and when it did eventually go it ran like a bag of s*** no power and wouldn't tick over properly

replaced the hall sender wiring but still has bad flat spots below 3000 and on tickover spikes up and down  50-100 rpm very annoying

and today had it washed and polished again after a 330 mile round trip to milton keynes

Took it for a back-road mega blast last night!  I love night time driving.  Gave it a good wee while to run down when I got home.

the wire for remote on my amp wasnt put on very well and got riped out by a mate so i re routed that through the car.

then re-tapped the base metal for the arm rest cause i had crossed the threads on mine, then i went and got a bolt big enough, (trust me to use the hardest bolt to find ) then realised that were the screw goes through was to small to fit the bolt through, so out comes the drill and i get to work. after about a hour of drilling (couldnt be botherd to take it out to drill it properly) i was able to re-fit the arm rest.

(if anyone ever crosses the threads on the arm rest metal, dont try tap it. just go to vw, its about 8 quid, and its alot more easier, belive me, i thought it would only take ten mins, more like a hour. oh and my cars coverd in swarf and crappy bits of metal from drilling, didnt think that through when i needed to make the hole bigger)
