Jacked it up to see why the O/S rear was knocking, turned out the top mount wasn't tight enough and also the arm had come away from my rear wiper motor so that was knocking a bit.

removed 10miles of loom from the mk3 engine  :smiley: have no idea what goes where and what plug is what so this conversion should go well  :grin: :grin: rubjonny to the rescue please  :cool:

Got a gas analyser up her ass to see how bad it was after all these years, 2.5 - 3% CO2 not bad considering when the motor was built it should have been 1.8% few tweaks in order.

raised it 2" so i dont botton out on speed bumps at work and discovered a water leak argggg

put in a amplified shark fin aerial, sorted out my dodgy wiring to the high vis break light, and fitted a dodgy dummy alarm led that now makes the head unit flash in time! Serves me right for being a tight ass and not actually getting a proper alarm!!
