decided it was time to sort engine bay out, so have striped down and removed everything I can, tooke inlet plenum off and rocker cover for cleaning (will be dead if wife comes back as i have scrubbed all oil off and shoved them in dishwasher  :grin: :grin:). just got some proper loom tape from a mate that makes engine looms so going to strip mine back and re-tape it in morning and then paint rocker cover and re-fit.

*note* aqssuming wife doesnt find out whats in dishwasher

stripped interior out and gave it a damn good hoovering ready for my leathers to be dropped in tomorrow  :smiley:

had to clean dishwasher as its a bit of a mess  :grin: :grin: :grin: but the rocker cover looks like new on the inside mmight have to buy a scrap one to clean the head when that come off in the summer

its late but i bought a mk2 8v 3dr on wednesday to keep my mk4 1.8t company  :grin: think i may have the dub bug !!
