Serviced the Mark 3 ready for the winter, then cleaned the throttle body, steam cleaned the engine bay and cleaned the outside. Looks loads better under the bonnet and running smoother.

Also tried to sell the Mark 4 and got very tempted into another Scooby but just could not prise myself away from the VW family  :grin: :grin:

Refitted and positioned my exhaust. Brought some spacers to go onto the rear to stop the wheels rubbin. And sorted some air/fuel mixtures, neg ticks over a beauty now.

General service, oil, filters etc. Also brake fluid change, alternator belt and rehung the exhaust. Productive day so far!

I sprayed wd40 in the boot lock as it was sticking, works mint now. :wink:

I played musical cars and put the anni closer to the garage :) and grinned :grin:
