Had a phone call to say the valver is ready to be picked up from the Paintshop, can't wait to see it  :grin: :grin: :grin:

Checked it actually fits in the garage (moved in last September but it's always parked on the drive...) and did some pre-MOT checks for a couple of weeks' time. 2 new tyres needed...  :angry: :rolleyes:

Yesterday I used it to go looking for its replacement

Today I wasted 3.5 miles worth of fuel going to the local garage to check my tyre pressures ready for tomorrow to find the machine was out of order  :angry:

long list for the car today,
1. pre-checks for MOT (please pass) :undecided:
2. gave her a good wash and wax she looking good.
3. gave ger a deep valet, took me 3 hours.
4. took off the old k&n and put original one back on.
5. drove to see her replacement, from golf mk3 1.4 and soon to be getting golf mk3 gti colour concept

picked it up from a mates lock up where i kept it for the week whilst away drove it home looked at it today got the hoover out but couldn't be ar$3d to wash it not driven it properly since last saturday  :shocked: couple of little jobs i want to finish on the engine bay this week  :cool: halfords later this morning for some paint
