coilovers, top mounts, top bearings, mini aerial and hid's :)

today i spent ages putting in an a new alternator with the help of my old man hehe, for a girl, i like to get ma hands dirty ...

Finally got in it and went to start my car and it wouldnt go, i was gutted, after checking all the wires and checking if it was charging my battery, we thot we had done everything,

checkd wires
tryed other places in the engine that would have an electric charge
checked the battery charge etc etc

After all that hassle the little black box that sits on the battery that some wires are attached to, the metal links, i took them off and i found the problem, they were croided, After all the hassle on a new battery, a new alternator and three different garages checking it, I sorted it..
I was So happy, so just to double check everything and make sure the rest of the engine is ok, i got a mechanic pal of mine round and it was all good..  :cool:

Now tho my standard golf radio aint working, how annoying  :cry:

well what havent i done today!!

Coilovers on, and slammed (not too much just subtle and it looks hot as sh!t now!!)
Mk4 gear knob on, and made it really stubby with help from my hacksaw  :evil:
Push button start, i started then thought f**k it!! ill do it when its raining, right now i just wanna drive......
Tommorrow, detailing session for sure  :cool:

Fitted my new longer bolts to the front wheels and cut two new locking bolts to suit and got them fitted at the same time was hoping to fit my 20mm spacers to the rears but they haven't arrived yet  :angry:

just been out and scraped 6 inches of sh!tty snow from the bonnet and windowscreen so as to remove and realign the passenger side aero wiper arm to sit better and fit the locking bolt covers that i modded
