Clutch cable broke on my way to work this morning  Went and bought a new one and did a quick road side repair, didnt put the all the car back together to get it home (i.e scuttle panel and wipers) and it started pissing it down as soon as I set off so had to drive very carefully home
Got it home put it back together and fixed my rattling exhaust, 3 times before getting right

Finally got it back from garage. gave it a damn good clean, adjusted handbrake cable, decided to get a straight through exhaust instead of replacing centre silencer  That's a job for tomorrow though.
Wouldn't be fun if it was easy, but does it have to be this much fun?

Yesterday actually  finally sorted and secured the catch can drilled a hole into the rear plastic battery tray and lined it up with catch can/bracket tightened up and it sits nice and clear of the top coolant pipes now  :smug: and nice and secure.
After work today stopped off at a local retail park near to work for my mate to take some night shots of my golf with his camera  should get a fair few pics via e-mail tommorrow
