cheap coilovers

i have seen cheap coilovers on ebay,

like these


does any one recon they will work? and how good do u recon the handling would be? obviously its gona be no where near proper coilovers? they lower 25mm to 100mm

they are just the springs & base plates for coilovers - u still the actual shock bit of it

if you dont have the money for a new set then buy a decent 2nd hand set

dont understand how'll they'll fit on existing dampers as the existing damper has a fixed base plate for the spring to rest in

iv got my rear damper in my hand at the mo, lol

those seperate peices at the top, look like they go in th cup of the damper, they have 2 holes in, which line up with 2 of the 4 in the original cup
