The Mclaren looks interesting. I wonder what the gap above the roll hoop is for? Probably some kind of funky new device like the f-duct.

from what this says i think the split air intake is something to do with cooling for the kers as it's mounted inboard now rather than in the sidepods.

The engine and exhaust in the car are plastic dummies so they didn't show thier rivals what they have really done.

This is the problem with the lack of testing in F1, the drivers need to get their fix doing other events and these things are the result. Hope he makes a speedy recovery but I suspect this has killed any chance of him being WDC this year. Two broken wrists and a broken leg are going to keep him out for a while.

Hope he makes a speedy recovery - Kubica's one of the best out there. Be interesting to see how Senna goes in a decent car if he gets the seat.

Karma. earlier in the week hadn't he had a dig saying that the only thing he had learnt from Petrov last season was how to keep a car on the track?  Oops :undecided:  Hope he makes a speedy recovery because he is a very talented driver and in the right car he will be pushing the best.

Lee McKenzie says he is in surgery as multiple fractures to right arm, leg and hand. hope he makes a good recovery but it looks like he'll be out for a while.
