neither are ferrari, red bull or torro rosso, but the fia have included them as definate because the fia think they have signed agreements from the 3 teams for them to race next season

its still conditional for all old teams except for williams and force india

confusing or what!

you can see where williams are coming from though as all they do is compete in F1, im sure its the same case for force india.

Not directed at you mate, more the teams in F1. Everytime there's spat thay threaten to set up a rival series and it never happens.
