R32 Anti Roll Bar on mk4 TDI??

my tdi mk4 is rubbing the anti roll bar badly... ive been looking around and the cheapest i can get a FK front ARB is off venommotorsport @ £150 deliveried..

since then ive been told an R32 ARB will fit.. is this true, is there any extra's needed (bushes, shortened droplinks etc)

got a part number but not sure if its correct -- 1J0 411 305 AF

Also is it about £ 60/70 from vw
