only be a fine and they dont say oh you have a de-cat they say your emissions are running to high here's a fine now go get it sorted, then prove it to someone. i think anyway !

Seriously, you think they care when you bought it?  As long as you're the owner they'll say here's the fine.  30 days, or we'll see you in court.  Do you want that kind of hassle in your life?
