Looks a bit dodgy!

£6k for a MKV R32 - I doubt it unless it is a scam or the owner wants to pass on any debt associated with it as well. :undecided:

Thats got total scam written all over it. If it is legit then i'm sure the seller would be happy for you to do all the necessary checks, home visit/inspection, check documents etc etc. Could be a Cat D repaired i suppose? If they say no to any of these requests then step away....if it looks too good to be true then most likely it is!  :shocked:


Just had a quick flick through Pistonheads. Theres a 56plate on there with simular mileage up for £16500 so I suppose it could be a listing mistake?

If it was a mistake, why would they have put £6,000 in the description too :undecided:

Possibly on finance with it outstanding? Could be £10,000 left to pay off or something? Not sure how all that works.

Thats exactly what I'm thinking... Sad fact these days that people put stupid prices on their ads in order to try and attract buyers. Been happening on Pistonheads for a while now but at least you can report them to the administrator and get them removed :wink:
