I think they joey mod won't look right, you've got a nice tint to the front end that works well with the grill.

Stuck on what to do mod-wise?

Rear BMW wiper
Spacers
Engine

I would sort spacers out, while looking for a new interior and saving for an engine conversion

What would you go for? 1.8T??

your know help!

interior is just a retrim so prob least important as they do look nice as they are being recaro.

decided not to get anymore spacers (inless i get 30mm adapters) and go for 8j rear alloys! alloys do need a proper A1 refurb so would make sense doing it that way. lower it a bit more and roll the arches.

Engine wise a 20vt

 I try to help out when I can

20vt is the only way to go for a mk3! I don't really see the point in going to the effort of throwing in a 16v or a vr6 when you could just go out and buy one already done!
