Yep thats pretty awkward!. It fit's loosly ontot eht urbo but is a very snugg fit on the rigid pipe. I lubed it up a bit with wd40 then got the turbo end on loose. I had to push the rigid pipe end on furth than the stopper ring bit to get it to fit without kinking though.

Awkard as feck to be honest but it does go on afterwards!

Nah sorry mate, did it late last night after work before it got dark, so was in a bit of a rush!
You just need to wiggle it round untill both connections are on. I found i had to almost bend it in half to get both sides on then pull the rigid pipe side up as far as i could get it so it pretty much touched the small pipe connection which is past the stopper ring bit.

Yep recieved today cheers!

Fitted the 3 top hoses, the turbo to rigid pipe is a bit of a pain! Had to push it on over the stopper bit on the rigid pipe for it to fit without kinking 

Will do the intercooler and throttle body pipe on saturday

Ha-ha - It's a right biatch, ain't it??!!   I just chopped 10 6mm off the longest side of the pipe!

I was going to do that but compared it to the OEM hose and it was the same 

OEM hose must just be more flexible?


Inlet and IC hose tomorrow, along with painting brake disc surrounds/spacers black.

Just been touching up my spruced up engine cover, gotta rmemebr to clean throttle body at the same time as IC pipes. !

Then i'm all set for the RR day i think..

Mine was probably about 20mm longer than the OEM item - In fact, i've still got the tiniest of kinks left in the new Forge, but I don't think that's going to harm it, TBH (I hope, lol).
