the turbo or the boost pipe end? I found this pipe from my chinese kit wouldn't fit on the K03 on mine, tried it on my K03s and it fits a treat

on the second engine pic where you see hose 4 connected to the silver pipe(soory i do not know what pipe this is) it will not go on! i can get it on the other end no probs i just cannot get it on this side!

You tried turning it around??  One side is longer than the other! :D

Seriously, have you phoned Forge?

Is it in completely the wrong position, or is it too tight to go on, or what? :undecided:

yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss got the fooker on! after loads of c, b, f, etc and 2 full cans of carb cleaner i got the notorious hose 4 on!!

Mk4 golf 1.8t AUM Hybrid K03s. Custom Mapped by R-tech to 260bhp. CR hybrid turbo Audi TT injectors / fuel pump, Forge tip,THS FMIC,Carbonio CAI, Full milltek turbo back, N249 bypass, Fully poly bushed, Weitec coils. Genuine R32 front bumper and Genuine R-line rear, Genuine Porsche twists, Anniversary black interior.
