a few things after speaking with the garage

just spoke to the garage doing my service, picked up on a few things some i already know abotu mainly the cambelt and the rear washer. They are changing the brake fluid for me but they did mention that the front roll bar bushes are knocking and also the rear axel bushes as well

these will obviously need to be changed any suggestions i have read soem people got for tt bushes or leon cupra ones ?

TT bushes are for the wishbones

anit-roll bar bushes are different altogether - think i was charged about an hour's labour plus parts to get mine changed

Rear bushes can be upgraded for the Leon Cupra's

ahhh ok, so rear ones go for the cupra bushes and just OEM roll bar ones ya  ill get my mate to do the work as it will save me piss loads in labour

yep or you can go poly bushes on the anti-roll bar - up to you mate

Well if im going on collies and upgradign the ARB is there any point ?

how about powerflex bushes any one used these ?

An hours labour to change anti roll bar bushes? does that include rear as i thought it was axle off job?

Stink - have you noticed any change in the way the car drives going round corners with the front anti roll bar bushes knocking? Think i have a similar problem on mine but unsure it its these that have gone.

thats for the FRONT anti-roll bar

Golfs don't really have what you call a proper rear anti-roll bar - its just a flimsy piece of metal stuck to the rear beam!

Rich had them.  He said they were rubbish, he had to get them changed, too harsh or something.
