Anyone visiting a scrappy soon? Parts needed

I'm after the plug that fits into the rear light cluster with wires attached (as long as possible), an arch vent from a TT/S3 (only the vent part with about 50mm all round so it can be cut out easily)

I only ask as the scrapyards over here are crap and don't seem to have any newer cars in for breaking...

I would of course reimburse costs + a bit extra  :smiley:

What about if the mod's created a new sticky thingy. In there people could post parts they need from scrappies etc with a rough price of what people want to pay. anyone going to the breakers could keep an eye out for the bits. That way everyone gets a lookout across the UK for bits? Might help or no?

I didn't explain properly, if you have a look in the arch liner on the drivers side there is a vent. I want this vent for my Golf  :smiley:

You'll see what I mean. If you could cut 50mm round the louvres (to give me something to rivet it onto my arch liner)

I think the S3/TT has one in either arch (as they run twin intercoolers) so you could get one for yourself too

ah ok. Probs get the whole arch liner then cut it at home. Will have a look saturday mate. Will try get the whole rear light cluster loom. Or as long as i can

yeah that's cool, I want to do the twin rear fog mod and a mate wants it done too so I could do with a few of the wires in the plug to make it look factory :wink:

the cheaper the better for everything lol
