uh oh.. tyre trouble
« on: 05 March 2009, 00:03 »
I have a small pea size stone, stuck between the tread of my rear tyre (drivers side) its starting to really annoy me now though, when I drive down the road, I can hear it clicking, and it just won't go away, to make matters worse, when I park the car, the stone always seems to be at the bottom, making extraction nigh on impossible, its obviously a piece of granite, as its yet to wear away, and its been there for over 6 month now, (I know this for a fact, because it got stuck on the same day uncle John got 6 months for curb crawling, and he's out now) any thoughts on extracting this little devil would be much appreciated....

You don't own a Mk2, you support it.

Convert your car to RWD and do some donuts. That'll wear the little blighter down.

With a bit of lube (wd40 or similar) lubricate the sensitive area

taking care softly rub and caress in the lubricant to the desired area until you feel ready to commence

Pull out your large flat headed tool (A screwdriver) and slowly slip underneath or inbetween the problem and hopefully shell cum out lol#

I couldnt have wronged that more.

Personally Id use the screwdriver - For removing the stone
