I need to know the make/style of wheels these are?

Not that I can see, I think it's been painted over, will have a more detailed check on the morrow!

Unfortunately I couldn't find anything stamped, and neither could the garage!

Anyone know where you can purchase ABT wheels/spigot rings?!

What would you say they are?

To help people further, they have a bolt on center plate, with a 5mm allen key to open/close it...

They are black painted wheels!

Why do you need to know? Why not just change them?
