hey guys hows things?

Just got a few questions i hope u can help me with. i have a 1990 8v gti

1. when ive got the heater blowing i get a distintive smell of petrol coming through. any ideas?

2. what is a good idle?

3. thinking of getting PAS how much for the parts?

Any help would be much appreciated

Fuel hose that attaches to the fuel rail has probably perished

Aywhere from 40-150 2nd hand, a fair bit more brand new. Also got to add at least a couple of hours labour on to that if you're not doing it yourself
