Went to see one today

Just went to see an edition 30 and all seemed to check out well apart from one thing and I'd really appreciate if some kind person could check the following on their car please:

The drivers side headlight seems to be more recessed than the passengers side (the gap at the top left of the headlight unit where it meets the wing is wider on the drivers side in comparison to the passenger side) - after close inspection there is no sign of crash damage or overspray etc and it appears the lights can be adjusted to move in and out (for alignment purposes) from exactly the same area as where the gap is.

So basically can someone please check the above is also the case with their car please?

Oh and one last thing, I have been told by the vendor that VW no longer supply the plastic key with new vehicles as the one I'm looking at only comes with two keys and a tag with some kind of code on it, is this correct?

Both seem the same, although I have xenons, if that would make any difference.

The top outside corner of the h/lights are set back though

Thanks but I presume the gaps are even on both sides of yours? Just trying to ascertain whether this particular ed 30 has been involved in a front end or if it's normal,
