Why on earth did VW fit rubbish tyres to some Edition 30 cars?
Because although Dunlops are shyte, they are still actually classed as a 'premium brand' tyre - in the same pidgeon hole as say Michelin, Continental, Dunlop, Brigestone, etc.
I would not be suprised to see Barums on them. (Although I have a car shod with Barums and they are not bad.)
Who knows! They currently also factory fit Kumhos and Firestone to their lesser models!
