True. But there's little you can do about it. I can only speak personally but while it galls me to pay the premiums, I would rather pay the potential extra than run the risk of getting hurt, or my family getting hurt.
Thankfully, each year so far , my premiums have always gone down.
I'm also in the fortunate position that the car crime is pretty low where I live (in the countryside!), but I do accept there are problems elsewhere. The police are relatively powerless due to lack of resources to catch these little/organised twunts.
THEY know where all the security is, so there's little point in having it tbh!!LOL!

The only thing that we can do is to be vigilant and responsible. And hope it never happens
