I *may* have a set of those waiting to go in my car... should I just lob em out? or can I replace the back with metal some how?? Im going to check them though as soon as I get home!!  :undecided:

I had some, they were sh!t and they also melted. He did have an extinguisher but it didn't work :(

Hmmmmm - I don't really believe all this concern that the fogs torched the car simply because they were made of plastic.  Because ALL modern headlamps (including HID/Xenons) and foglamps are made of plastic - even the reflectors.  I reckon it was simply down to the thick yank and his dodgy wiring.  As usual, the yankie 'sue the ass of someone else' culture really is the problem - maybe they should just look at themselves in the mirror to find the real cause of the fault.
