I was caught with a laser gun, was not stopped at the time but they still took me to court and threw a very heavy book at me.

And on the other hand I was zapped entering a village doing over 50 in my old 8v and nothing ever came of it. I wouldnt worry too much  :wink:

Mine had a lot to do with me doing 94mph in a 60 limit, was young and stupid at the time, cost me me 6pts and £425 fine, that was over 10yrs ago.

The case you mention was due to the police getting the wrong car and wasnt due to a inaccurate spped gun.

My father was caught like this, not stopped, no photos and when he asked for the picture that would be used as evidence he was told he could have a copy but it would be £7  :shocked:
