Hi there, im new to the forum - i have a couple of problems with my golf gti !!

Hi there, i'm new to this forum and I have a couple of probelms with my 2.0 golf gti mark 3.

Firstly, my reverse light does not come on when reverse gear is chosen, i have replaced the bulb but still nothing - is there a fuse for the reverse light and if so where is this located ??

Secondly, the 15 amp fuse for my central locking, cigarette lighter, interior light and trip computer keeps blowing after only a couple of days - i've heard this could be down to the fact my rear windscreen wiper has ceased, could this be the case and if so how do i go about unsticking the rear wiper ??

Any assistance in this matter would be grately appreciated as i'm looking to sell the car soon !!

First time i've owned a golf gti, loving it so far as the car is immaculate inside and out - just hoping to get these wee things sorted then i can start enjoying it more !

Any ideas on subtle modifications to make the car look even better ?

my cigerette lighter doesnt work, the cetral locking, wipers etc all do though

I meant as a second car, for driving to and from work mainly - wifey aint to keen on the VW to be honest but she's well looked after so keeps her mouth shut lol.

I'll need to get some pics up - car is pretty standard apart from subtle changes (bee sting arial, chrome door pins, crome heater switches, new stereo and decals) but a really clean car !!

what about the interior light - is that still working ok ??

main interior light doess, the 2 side interior light = left one doesnt right one does!

i know, its wierd!

any ideas?
