Nice one what are the specs of the turbo? What kinda rpm do they spool on the 12v, dont mind a bit of lag if it'd lose the early spool/broken box lol My car is all DIY your like a god, looking for a welder now to practice.

everyone has there own spec  , but ive a spare turbo on a t4 flange is ideal for a vr6 turbo , .84 houseing to4e cold side
spools from 3000rpm (safe for the gearbox) 6800/7500rpm depending on ur ecu set up
ive a basicly brand new hx35 but it has a t3 and a 18houseing so that wouldnt sppol ntil around 4000rpm whith the big houseing
ive also a brand new 38mm wastegate and flanged still boxed bang on ur ur set up

heres a few things for you
on a stock engine 10psi is the max unless u drop the engine compression 8.5/9.1 head spacer u can run over a bar of boost on stock internals ,good for 400bhp ,
engine spacers i made my own lol
38mm wastegate
either stock turbo manifold .or pulse manifold ideal to make one to spool the turbo better
stock ht leads are fine on stock ecu , or fibre ones if u run standalone ecu
plugs ngkr7e cooler plugs are a must and these are cheep too
dumpvalve ,(sure i have one of those too lol)
2.5 univeral piping kit id recomend use better hose clamps as the standards ones are crap ,plenty on ebay 15.00 for 20 asorted clamps
injectors , are high inpedance 2pin , depending on ur boost and fuel set up , white 36lb 350bhp.greens 440cc 400bhp
intercooler loads around from 70/130.00 2.5 bore fm intercoolers

I had an ATP turbo mani but I sold it as I'm making a "y-peice" type manifold so I can have the turbo mounted where I want it, going to be using the original half manifolds with slightly increased bore then basically a 2-1-flange, couple of people on vr6oc and corrado forum have done this.

I was looking for one with a similar spec to yours with the 4inch inlet and the silencer ring as I'm a big fan of the sound but a couple of turbo'd guys have said it can get a bit annoying on a daily so I'd like the option of silencing it if needed.

Have a head spacer taking it to 8.5:1, will be running ARP rod a head bolts when I can afford them and going to be running the C2 motorsports software and maf with 440 injectors, good for 400bhp easily.

same spec as the quantum longlife 3 low SAPS, VW 504 and VW 507... good spec :afro:

I don't think a semi will give the same results

Nice work, you throw engine in like your doing an oil change lol

You not going for a paddle clutch on this? We had to change my mates to a paddle n he's running bout 330lbs/ft and was killing the standard one. My car is a mk3 vr6 yeh so there is acres of space behind the block for turbo and mani.

Keep the updates coming, must be nearly finished.

no need its around 240mm , friction plate as the mk3 vr sachs clutch holds 400bhp and thats 238mm so mine will hold , very easy conversion and good power out puts from  as stock u think erm there ok u bob a blower and juses christ lol
