Holy jesus christ this is intense. I have just changed the front grill of my car and put new lights in and im proud of it....hmm got a bit to go yet.......

thought id pop a bit of spray on gearbox mount

then end up giving the engine bay a quick going over , money spent 10.00 ,




but i want to keep the boady looking rough , (sleep effect ....:thumbs_up:)

evern had time for a few more updates so also found some correct fitment mk1 coilovers so i modifyed these  and they fit a lot better , so thought id had the top mounts , along with my modifyed driveshaft to make sure nothing catchers ,,,another mod sorted ,, and as always a few pics ,:thumbs_up:

Adaptorman I just signed up after reading this whole thread, absolutely awesome project. I'm building a VR6T at the moment myself so I have a few questions for you, Where did you get your Holset? I've been after one for a while but they're quite hard to get hold of.

And what were the HT leads you used on the car? Short ones, look ideal for my smoothed bay.

hi pal many thanks on reading the therd , only homemade stuff , ive done a few mk3 vrt s srsom moters ,,  im sure my mate has a holset hx35 good for 400 , but only thing be carefull as they have ripid spool and break either 3rd gear or blow the diff of of the gearboxs , reason most go for the 02m 6speed ,,
 or u can chance this depending on which setup out going for ,, if i can help just ask,

Nice one what are the specs of the turbo? What kinda rpm do they spool on the 12v, dont mind a bit of lag if it'd lose the early spool/broken box lol My car is all DIY your like a god, looking for a welder now to practice.
