REVO slash prices
« on: 07 July 2004, 14:44 »
If you are new to tuning, you might not know that REVO are one of the most popular companies around for the modern day equivalent of "chipping" your engine. Takes minutes to do, using a port in the dashboard.
REVO have recently cut the cost of several of their products.
Probably most relevant to us lot are the TDi 110bhp engines and pre-2000 (non-dbw) which have had ?100 knocked off.
So down to ?399 +vat from ?499 + vat
see the REVO website for more details.
Bit of a bugger for people who paid full whack recently (aka me and Starry  :-\ )

Chris.

What kind of a BHP increase can you expect to get from a TDi 110, with a REVO upgrade?

Try contacting Revo, I am sure if they have good customer relations then they will refund you any price difference if you have had it done in the last few weeks :undecided:

DBW = Drive by wire and means that your throttle is controlled electronicaly, if you have non drive by wire then you have a cable throttle.  Just look under your bonnet and if you see a cable running across quiet close to the front then you got non DBW.

The DBW have variable valve timing as well and the later ones were fitted with a KO3s turbo
