I put one in my LCR and it made a massive difference, not so much in the DSG but thats because it doenst jolt as much when changing

re my posts ages back about the "noises", i think they may be caused by the torque arm insert. however i dont really have the tools to take it out and test with original!

Just booked my car in to AMDTechnik in essex, free before and after!! may also get a forge spacer, not decided, but i still love the sound... may just keep it on for a while.. :-|

understatment! being young (ish) it was the insurance, but ill be 25 with 5yncb (i hope!) in june so should be ok.
its 822 with greenlight, so that should be around the mark
