Turn the map on/off or the plus one you can alter timing and boost depending on weather and fuel used.  At the price they are offering now I would get one and sell on even if you didnt want it.  I paid £250 for mine!

I notice some sps switches on the bay...is it worth me getting one and trying it? I guess they would have removed the sw totally that would make sense rather than leaving it on and messing up the settings. 

Nah, it goes to vw for a reflash thats it...minds made up.....he he ...err it is an attractive deal though...
