Seats dont move as freely as they used to?

hi guys ive recently sourced a rallye interior for the mk2 and im finding it hard to move the seats backwards and forwards? would this just be an easy grease up or does it need clips that allow the runners on the seat to move? thanks in advance guys

Are the white clips in good condition if so try some white grease.

i dont remember looking at the white clips so it probably is that

thanks mate ive been looking at those on ebay the last week or so lol just didnt know if it was the right thing to be buying for it!!! cheers guys  :cool:
