Well today was the day me and matt ( northeast-gti-t ) fitted my bora vents and W8 light. Here are some pics of how it went. Opinions welcome.

One Two Three
Ah there they are
9am Matt arrived and we got the tools out
Got straight to work
Whos is that foot lol
Light went in first
Then it was time for the vents
Look at my cd display now thankx to DAI wahoo ( cd changer )
Then it was tools away. Then talking cars for about a hour lol
Then it was time for some pictures when it was dark
And that was todays work

Mk4 golf 1.8t AUM Hybrid K03s. Custom Mapped by R-tech to 260bhp. All 3 vents and 2 back plates cost £109 inc vat from the dealers

or you do what I did, get some from a breakers yard on ebay and get stung cos the vents you bought don't have the LEDs in them
Lucky I'm handy with electronics otherwise I'd have been stuffed. I ended up having to make my own LED loom up for each vent. The breakers denied all knowledge

ah well it cost me about a tenner to get the LEDs and plugs and about an hour to make them up, not so bad
