P!$$ed off rear window

alright chaps woke up this morning to find some little W@nker has smashed my rear window, Luckily its tinted with thats safe guard stuff so its shattered but held together. iv phoned round my insurance want £250 and auto glass want £385 so they no what they can do.

i phoned my local breakers and they wont sell me a back window because apparently there a pain in the arse to get on and off is this true??but he will sell me a complete boot lid for £65 same colour as mine

What you recon?????

Id say buy the boot lid at that price as long as it's in good condition

phone around more and see if you can get the same colour boot lid that is if that 1 is not the same colour.

most policies have a max excess of £100 to replace glass  :undecided:

f**kign hell mate i just sold my old boot lid which was in black and had was tinted for 40 quid  i had it on ebay for weeks.... dont get why they smashed the back window unless it was soemthign personal against u

I bought a rear screen on the bay for 30 quid not long ago, stealer wants 140 + VAT. So I'd say the £65 for the complete bootlid is a steal :afro:

buy the rear bootlid for £60 if it isnt perfect and needs painting then get it done to be perfect for £200 all in max.....jobs a goodun
