MIRROR HELP

i want to remove the mirrors on my car, but not the whole mirror, the plastic part at the top if you understand me :huh: :huh:

basicly the coloured part .ie. mine are silver!!

how do you remove them?

as far as i know they pull off but normally end up breaking the clips   :undecided:

meh do you want me to blow your nose and wipe your arse too?

might be easier to remove the mirror which involves removing the door card

otherwise you need a flathead screwdriver and lever inbetween the black base and the coloured cover - think there are 3 clips which need to come undone

as far as i know they pull off but normally end up breaking the clips   :undecided:

they slide up then angle towards you  then slide outwards away from the door, and there very tight but be brave

yup i took my door card off then the whole mirror much easier and less chance of snapping anything when tryin to prise it open with a screwdriver
