the audi h/u will not fit it is actually around 1/2 an inch either side to wide
the iso plug on the back IS the same as a vw but the bose system is usually amplified and the amps are on the rear of the speakers
for the amount of effort to get it all to fit its not worth it
also the audi speakers are all 5.25" so again not a direct fit

As above, the Audi BOSE set up is a bit more than a headunit and speakers. It has sperate amps and the headunits I believe are coded to run the BOSE setup. We have it in our A3 and it does sound good.
