As she was in her glory previously

and with my new Pescaras......how she is now.....shame about pic from phone and the light making the car look orange...lol...at least its not pink....YET!!  Great Job with NO MARKING on the alloys thanks to Gils Motors in Colston Road, Glasgow....ALL GTIers in Glasgow I cannot recommend them highly enough,..not always the best prices for tyres but they are easily the best fitters in the business.

Let the fun begin........Red Gti, full colour coding, DSG, Xenons, Winter pack, Lux pack, Highline, Sat Nav, Sunroof, Leather, Milltek, ABT rear valance, Goodyear F1 Asymmetrics....pescaras :-)

Yep delighted actually, the car feels way better than before too! Feels like a GTI more now rather than a wannabe r32....ok ok ok I know its not an ED30...but at least we are out of the same stable...I tried for months to get a decent set of Monzas and was nearly stung by a chancer on ebay, nearly spent a fortune on genuine ones from VW then gave myself a slap

Half toying with the idea of replacing the quads with a milltek twin and replacing the rear valance too..

I have to get the old wheels tested and then I will put them up for sale, not sure I will get much but hey I may get something back if someone wants to refurb them. Guess I could maybe sell on the abt rear valance and the quads too if someone would have them.

Been exploring the option of buying something else for ages but I reckon I will just keep her and get her as near perfect as any GTI can be...without over modding etc.  Given the insultingly low trade in prices being chucked at me from dealers..... £8k...against at £17k Porsche 911 !!!!

Look
How much were they if you dont mind me asking???

Sure you will shift the R reps on ebay no problem and aslo the quads and rear valance. Go back to the standard twin pipes. Looks much better...dont like the 4 zorst look not for me.
sorry but my vaux looks far better than the mk5 gti, thats why i bought it  faster too
