Door panel removel...help please

need to remove drivers door panel so i can replace the window rubber on the outside of the door . well
i think i would need to remove it so i can get to the rubber. anyone got pics or anything on how to remove panel dont
want to damage anything trying to do it ... HELP PLEASE LADS

thanks hurdy mate just the job. dont under stand what the door handle is fixed to on the car . but hey if it works so what ... cheers again
