MK4 Coilover fitting

Putting sum coilovers on my mk4 but they dont seem to fit!!! When putting the coilovers on there doesnt appear to be much thread left under the bonnet to tighted the bolt onto. i got some new top mounts with seperate bearings. also they are a tight fit into the cast sleave that u have to seperate!! any ideas??

Gone but still keeping a close eye on it...

Fitted mine last weekend without any problems,are you sure you bolted the top mounts right on? Wind the springs down and have a look.You need a hub splitter to split the hub,i just used an allen key what i grinded down.

a few people are using those on here with no issues..

its ok i made them an offer of £150 so got them posted for £164.99!! must the the new top mounts that are causing the problem then.
