I have no idea when the plugs were last changed in my Golf, a good couple of years ago I should imagine! I may look into some of these soon, £12 each is a tad steep though.
These arn't the plugs that Nick has advised,he gained a fair bit of power from the Nology silver tip spark plugs.

We have tested coil pack which made greater power over oem but the cost to have them produced was ott. nick how bout adding iridium densos? to compare with the other two may have to change plugs over dependant on what you n ben evaluate from comparison?
