Anniversary Wheels - FITTED PG 19
« on: 04 February 2009, 13:54 »
as per the question above

sadly due to low stocks the gunmetal diamond turn annis are no longer available so i either plump for the normal Gunmetal as seen here

http://www.dropshots.com/motormadj#albums/Gunmetal%20Grey%20Anni%27s/2008-08-08/16:38:17

or i do quite fancy some LM Reps as from here

get voting please

alternatively point me in the direction of some more uber cheap anni wheels

TBH I would avoid replicas especially LMs, personally i'd save or steal the money and get real ones.

Back to the question in hand, I had always fancied LMs but was disappointed when i saw them in the flesh, I think the look small and you really have to have the car low, for them to look right, at which point I don't think they would suit yours on a 30mm drop

In terms of cheap rims, i think you're really looking at replicas, which again are going to be heavier than the real thing, unless you can find some geniune rims going cheap on flea bay.

In terms of alternatives R32s (MKIV or MKV) or A4s

but if i was you i'd wait for the gun metal RCs

It's hard to say probably worth a photoshop, but then you're at the mercy of his photos.

going to be like Stink for a bit as they'll have to wait until next month until i can afford some tyres - probably a good thing given the amount of crap on the roads at the moment

Annis all the way
Think the gun metal would look nice as would the silver ones
