sliding seat

hi got problem with a front seat that just slides up and down on the runners and doesnt click in for the right amount of leg room any pointers

plastic runner clip's broken....try ebay as there common on mk2&3 model's and cost under £2

I believe thats the one in the middle at the front, with a pin that goes through it.(correct me if im wrong pls)
