G60 injectors question.
« on: 29 January 2009, 20:22 »
Would my engine benefit from these..............

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-GOLF-20VT-G60-G40-16V-360CC-RED-TOP-INJECTORS_W0QQitemZ120367862767QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item120367862767&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1683%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

or would it over fuel with them?  (Other info, I'm running a 268/276 split duration cam, stage II compressor and a 68mm pulley with ecu chipped to suit by Jabbasport.)

Might be worth it with a 65mm pulley

I had thought of a smaller pulley, but I wanted to prolong the life of the compressor, so thats why I went to 68mm. But I think 360 injectors is a massive jump in delivery for my car anyway. I just wanted other opinions.

The idea to try and increase the boost to the head is limited. I would try and increase flow so actuall boost levels drop becuase the air is actually being used up instead of rushing past the valves.
