Nice, bargain cars now these.

As for the CH's they might be common (ish) choice but they suite the Golf really well - very OEM look.

Why didn't you buy a GTI?

I like the blue.

I like the blue.

Because i wanted 4wd and a V6  Also not a fan of turbo engines tbh! Also i wanted an ED30 but there so similarly priced i went for the R32 after checking i could own and run it

Have you driven an R32?

Great stuff ! DPB is the only colour to get in the R32, well done sir.

Finsbury park mate (south of tottenham) Where are you? Any meets i should know about?

My godson has one.
My least favorite aspect of the real GTI is the steering.

The R32's is even worse.

You can get a few months old one (3,300 miles) for £17,000.  If that cost £25,000 when new it's lost £8,000.  Say £1,000 per month.
If I was loosing £33 a day on a car I wouldn't crash it either.

I dont loose £33 a day on mine

I think you might have logged on to the wrong site this morning Egbert... here's your usual link www.pennypinchers.com

That's a rubbish web site.  Just a single page.  Rather like an R32, all name and no substance.

You clearly do not like the R32 so not sure why your posting in my thread?

I think the steering is very good! light when going slow and heavier at high speeds. But seeing as you own one and i dont i guess you know best.....

Oh no wait, you dont

I upgraded to an ED30, 3dr, steel grey with a few options..................

I totally agree with what you say about driving an R32 in the wet..........So sure footed :smug:

The ED30 is up for sale now, not sure what to get next though
