Windscreen wiper sizes

Hi Guys (me again )

I have been looking to get some more aero flat windscreen wipers for my car and last night, I measured mine and they where 19 & 20 but the one I want to get on ebay say 19 & 21 so do I have the wrong size ones on my car at the moment or are the ones on ebay wrong.

Can you get aero flat ones from VW cause my car is a 2002 so it has the old style wiperblades but I like the new aero flat style ones. The ones I was looking at on ebay where aero flat wiperblades but had the old fittings so they could go on the old style arms.
