Yes and no.
The big bumper model IIRC was only different because it had an extra hole for the bumper bracket.
If you've got small bumpers they might cover the extra hole up, if they do I'd pop a grommet in there.
If you're getting them brand spanking new, they might not have any holes come to think of it so you can drill the hole in the correct place, I'd check if they have any hole or not and if they do ask how many holes.
1 hole = small bumper
2 holes = big bumper
